ILLIT Set To Release 'NOT CUTE ANYMORE' Singles, Album at End of November

Emerging K-pop girl group ILLIT is setting a fresh tone for their career with the upcoming release of their first single album “NOT CUTE ANYMORE”. The record is scheduled for release on 24 November 2025 at 6 pm KST and will be available in both digital and multiple physical editions.

From “Cute” to Confident: A New Identity

In their teaser campaign, ILLIT declare: “Doing only ‘cute’ is boring. You still don’t really know me. I’m not just cute.” This marks a deliberate shift from their previous EPs, moving toward a more assertive and expressive concept. Visuals for the comeback have been teased in collaboration with British fashion brand Ashley Williams, reflecting a quirky yet stylish aesthetic.

Album Format & Versions

The physical album will come in at least two main versions — labeled “NOT CUTE Ver.” and “NOT MY NAME Ver.” — plus a “Little Mimi Ver.” collector edition featuring extras like dolls, key-chains, mini CD-R, photobook sets, and more. For pre-orders, fans can head to Weverse, Ktown4U and other major outlets.

Tracklist & Availability

While the full detailed tracklist has not been officially disclosed, industry announcements indicate this is ILLIT’s first single-album format. Pre-orders opened 27 October 2025 and the release will be worldwide via streaming and physical channels.

Silent Teaser Hints at a New Era

Ahead of the album’s release, ILLIT dropped a soundless teaser video on Instagram featuring the visuals for the first two tracks and revealing the producers behind them. The clip, though silent, created a wave of curiosity among fans eager to hear the group’s new direction.  The move from playful pop to a more mature, self-assured sound has fans anticipating what promises to be the group’s boldest release yet.

Why This Release Matters

Coming five months after their EP bomb, this single album signals a turning point for the group. Their previously more youthful or “cute” image is now evolving into something bolder and more self-defined. With the Japanese debut behind them and growing international momentum, ILLIT are positioning themselves for a larger stage.

With “NOT CUTE ANYMORE”, ILLIT are declaring that this is not just a comeback, but a re-statement of who they are. Are you ready for their next chapter?
