Former (G)I-DLE Member Soojin Faces String of Concert Cancellations Across Multiple Regions
Series of Event Cancellations Leave Fans Frustrated
Former (G)I-DLE member Soojin has experienced a troubling pattern of concert and tour cancellations over the past year, leaving her fanbase increasingly concerned about her solo career trajectory.
North American Tour Setbacks
The saga began in October of last year when organizer EVERLINE abruptly canceled Soojin's Summer Daze North America tour before tickets were even made available. The company offered only vague reasoning, citing "unavoidable circumstances" without elaboration.
Hope returned when the tour was rescheduled as Re:Summer Daze, featuring an ambitious 15-date schedule across the United States and Canada. However, this iteration met a similar fate in August when organizer Abridge announced a complete cancellation shortly before Soojin's "Baditude" comeback. The company insisted the decision was unrelated to the artist's health, again blaming "unforeseen circumstances."

Asia Tour Dates Fall Through
The cancellations extended beyond North America. On November 9, BRD Entertainment announced that Soojin's Shanghai fan meeting, Meet You, scheduled for November 15, would not proceed due to local circumstances.
Most recently, on November 20, organizer DLLM revealed that the Hong Kong stop of Re:Summer Daze, planned for December 12, had been scrapped. The announcement came through a newly created social media account specifically established to share the cancellation news.
Ticket Sales Performance Raises Questions
According to available data from before the North American cancellation, ticket sales appeared lackluster. With approximately 75 days remaining before the tour's launch, overall sales hovered below 50%. Several cities showed particularly weak numbers: Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Atlanta had each sold less than 30% of available tickets, while Dallas managed to move only 9.5% of its 905-seat venue capacity.

Fan Backlash Against Management
Supporters have increasingly directed their frustration toward BRD Entertainment, criticizing what they perceive as inadequate promotion and poor communication regarding the ongoing cancellations. Fan accounts have expressed disappointment over Soojin's career management and the lack of transparency from her agency.
As of now, BRD Entertainment has not released an official statement addressing the latest Hong Kong cancellation or the broader pattern of event disruptions affecting the solo artist's activities.
